Residents can take advantage of Oak Hills' tennis courts, gym and recreation center, and swimming pool year-round. Nearby Claremont Golf Club and Rockcreek Golf Course allow residents to practice their swing out on the green. Recreational areas, parks, and community activities and programs held in this area of Washington County are handled by the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District.

Local Schools and Colleges

Students of Oak Hills are under the jurisdiction of the Beaverton School District; however, a number of private and parochial schools are located in and around the area as well. Nearby post-secondary education options include Portland Community College, Oregon College of Art and Craft, George Fox University, Portland State University, Lewis & Clark College, University of Portland, and Clark College.
